Nicknames: Okashira (yeah, rite... ^^), Misao-chan (by Okon - or was it Omasu?), Weasel Girl (by Saitou, Sanosuke, etc).

Looks: Fresh and cuddly. She's skinny, but as she's 16 will fill up sooner than later. Cool hairstyle too, and lovely light blue eyes. Dresses tomboyishly, but (*SPOILER*) there's a scene in the Shimabara arc which IMHO, shows that she's now willing to wear more feminine clothes, at least once in a while (thought she more looked like a sorta doll... -_-).

Brains: More cunning than the average anime tomboy (it's not that I dislike tomboys, in fact, I was one too). Good at catching info and displays good plans when in a pinch. However (specially in Kyoto arc) tends to re-act, more than act.

Personality: Bright, sunny, as it's needed in the moment she appears: the beginning of the Kyoto arc. She's very brave, also, willing to help her friends whenever she can. Fiercely loyal to her beloved Aoshi-sama, will believe in him every time and everywhere, thus being one of Aoshi's saviors. In some ways, Misao way reminds of Final Fantasy VII's Yuffie Kisaragi, but not half the sly or selfish.

Cooking: I've never seen her cook, though as Aoshi, she possibly can. May slack a little in order and cleaning, as the average teenager.

Fighting skills: Good. Certainly she can wipe the floor with punks and average streetfighters, and is excellent at the use of tokibunai (her sorta knives). However, her impulsive nature can turn into foolhardiness once in a while (ask Himura if you don't believe me ^^), and her emotions can also interfere (see the scene when Aoshi beated Okina...).

Special abilities: Nothing really superhuman or magic. Maybe her tenacious loyalty to Aoshi, or being cheerful nearly everywhere?

Competition: Shinomori Aoshi. This is a crush that comes from her childhood times and won't be easy to break. She didn't give up on him even after his betrayal to the Oniwabanshu, and cried a lot for him until he was back home. Okina seems to realize this as well, when he asks Kenshin to kill Aoshi if he can't save him. If Aoshi finally lets himself show how much he loves and cares for her, you're lost. Some fics also insinuate relationships with guys like Sano or Soujiro, but other than that, it's not revealed.

In-Laws: Apart of Aoshi, there are the other Oniwabanshu members. They'd never say or do something against you if there's no reason for it.

Finances: Not bad, as she's a part of the Aoiya. Help out a little and you'll do okay.

Sex: Shy at first, possibly, getting more agressive as time passes. Being a Ninja, she may be very flexible too, and looks like the playful and curious type.

Overall: Misao's not the type who will pin down very easily, but when you pass muster the Oniwabanshu and her crush on Aoshi, this girl will be your friend as well as your wife. For the easygoing guys, the Weasel girl will be more than a match made of heaven.
